There are many religious philosophies that we are to be aware of because they contain empty deceit. It is after the traditions of man and after the basic principles of the world and not according to Christ. How often do we follow tradition? How many Traditions does your church have? And what is the Bible have to say about tradition?
The Roman Catholic Church, for example, relies heavily on Apostolic Authority coming from the Vatican City and the Pope. The New Apostolic Reformation in 2002 restored the apostolic office themselves. They were self-ordained much like David C Pack of the Restored Church of God made himself an apostle. In Revelation Jezebel ordained herself a prophetess. Maybe I can ordain myself as Superman? All this is ridiculous and pits Apostolic Authority against scripture. Judaism regards the Torah or the first five books of the Bible highly but not quite as high as the Talmud which is Jewish tradition. Tradition can be classified as a philosophy written by men. Whether you believe it or not the Bible was not written by men per se but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. Christadelphians and Bible students also follow their own traditions which supersedes the word of God and each Congregation of those bodies believe differently as there is no uniform Doctrine. Just like in the Book of Judges when everyone did what was right in their own eyes yes. I follow the word of God and place very little impetus on tradition.
I will conclude this series in part 3.
Yes is the answer to that question. The video today will prove it.cult it is also an arrogant group. Here is how an ex member shows the operation I have a Christadelphian brain.
This is a typical Belgian baby student doing some research. They completely ignore the warnings of scripture. I don’t think they’ve ever read Ezekiel 3 or 33 or Matthew 23 or Ephesians where it says, have no Fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness but rather expose them. I wonder what they think expose then means? Ezekiel 13 and Jeremiah 23 warn of false prophets as does the majority of the Old Testament. From one of my friends I am told that they have done a hatchet job on this Ministry as the Pharisees tried with Jesus. I was hoping for some traffic for that article but so far I’ve only had one hit. Maybe the babystudents are sleeping? I really don’t want to wake them up because they get grouchy when awakened. They obviously can’t read well even though our baby Biblestudent does have glasses. The title of our ministry involves exposing Cults. It would seem they would rather let error go by while saying nothing. They had better read Ezekiel 3 + 33. Maybe they can do that after milk and cookie time.
The Jehovah’s Witnesses might as well be called the anti religion as they are against the Jesus Christ of the Bible, the Holy Spirit of the Bible, the Triune God, and the Very Bible itself. They have more false prophecies than any psychic around. The international Bible students have a very interesting newspaper that ties in was Charles T Russell
Zion’s Watchtower is another connection to the Jehovah’s Witnesses. How about another skinny?
It would seem that Michael the Archangel is invisible today and still ruling over his kingdom. I wonder if they also believe in Casper the Friendly Ghost? I would advise you if they come knocking at your door that you pretend like you’re not home. If you’re well grounded in the scriptures then invite them in and witness to them and then they’ll probably leave.
I believe this event has not happened yet. If I understand correctly Bible students explained this away as happening in The Invisible world. Is that the same place where Jimmy Stewart’s Harvey lives? He was an invisible rabbit. This newspaper makes them look foolish and unreliable.
I don’t believe the time of the Gentiles has ended either. Bible students are error students. They are not to be believed. Their denial of the Triune godhead and the pre-existence of Christ despite scriptures to the contrary like Colossians 2:16 marks them as apostates. I would love to hear how they’re going to explain away this one! In addition Bible students met at a masonic hall for a convention showing a complete lack of discernment of what Freemasonry represents. They could have met at any other place but they chose a Mason building.Freemasonry Are they aware that Freemasonry holds Hiram Abiff in higher esteem than Jesus Christ? To me they show a complete lack of discernment.
To explain the Triune God to Bible students and Christadelphians you have to speak to them in a language they understand. I could not speak unto you as to spiritual but as to babes in Christ. I might need a translator here.
I don’t have experience in goo-goo language but I’ll try to explain to Junior here.
Note the Thrice mentioned us, our, our which adds up to three or the father, the son, and the Holy Spirit. Maybe my two groups should have a shot of milk right now?
Here Jesus is called The Mighty God and the Everlasting father equating that Jesus is God. Do I hear a goo-goo in agreement?
I think our two groups are getting sick on milk. They might need some spiritual burping especially the Bible students.
For by him were all things created and that is Colossians 1:16. Uh-oh. A Christadelphians diaper needs to be changed after hearing that last scripture.
Now a Bible students diaper needs to be changed. I guess all this was too much for their spiritual bladders to take. And don’t expect God to do it for you. I am the Lord. I do not change.
I prefer the King James version of this verse however I also like the next graphic better only for the main point of the verse.
Let there be no division! That includes among the Baptists, the Methodists, the Presbyterians, and yes, the Biblestudents. I must confess but I didn’t know the Biblestudents had so many divisions along themselves. Yet the Bible says, let there be no divisions among you. None! If the Bible says no divisions, why do all these denominations have divisions? And I mean among themselves?
Hmmm? The plot thickens. Are we seeking to please the men behind the denominations? Like, John Wesley, or John Calvin, or Charles T Russell, or even Joseph Smith. Why all the divisions? Even I had to divest myself of my congregational background. I now attend a Bible Church with no denominational background. We actually study the Bible not the doctrines of men Behind the denomination who ever so slightly influence scripture. The Bible Church I attend goes into the Hebrew and Greek languages behind the English translations. I don’t have to worry about the Church of the General Baptist or Regular Baptist or the Presbyterian Church USA or the Reformed Presbyterian Church. The Biblestudy movement has even more divisions among themselves that any I’ve ever heard. Ephesians 4 admonishes us that there is one faith not hundreds of them. Paul said, I beseech you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ that there be no divisions among you and that you all speak the same thing. The denomination abomination has confused all that and no one is trying to change that. They are all comfortable in whatever Schism they find themselves. And 1st Corinthians 1:10 is about as far away from their mind as possible. What a Sad State of Affairs.
