From Law to Grace

I am mystified by how people in the church through the body of Christ still believe themselves to be under the law? The law was our Schoolmaster to bring us to Christ but after Christ is come we are no longer under the law. If righteousness came through the law then Christ died in vain. Here, Romans tells us this very same thing. Messianic Jews believe they can serve both the law and Grace as does the Restored Church of God. James tells us then if you are guilty of one law then you are guilty of all the law. No one could keep all the law as it was an exercise of futility. You who attempt to be justified by law you have fallen From Grace. Plain enough?

The Fellowship of His Sufferings

Buddhists have no understanding of Jesus Christ. In their particular lingo their gas tank would be empty in Christ for without Christ you can do nothing and that is from John 15:5. Suffering is part of the territory with a Christian. Whereas the Buddhist is trying to escape suffering, good luck on that point, while the Christian Embraces suffering to perfect character. I sometimes see a Believer as a block of granite. God the Sculptor designs that granite into a human being. But as he sands off our rough areas we might wince in pain or suffering. To get to the finished product it takes a lot of suffering to reach perfection. We have that Fellowship of suffering that no other religion has. It would be extremely hard to explain this to a Buddhist because they are not spiritual people as it relates to Christ. They believe in nothing and are trying to reach nothing. Their philosophy makes no sense. And we are warned about philosophy as Christians in Colossians 2:8 which labels it empty deceit. There’s that word empty again. Buddhists understand the word empty but they have no idea how to fill that empty cup up. Just remember the next time you suffer for Christ sake, that he is perfecting your character.

Triune Truth – 5

Are you aware of the Fruit of the Spirit? I mean the whole fruit? Shall we pear the nine fruit of Galatians 5 with the three fruit of Ephesians 5? The last one being truth!Did any of of you know that as the body of Christ, we were and are to be set apart by the truth? What is the truth? According to the very truth itself, the entirety of truth is truth.  Nothing can get around it, oh but they try.But they aren’t successful. The more you read scripture the better your discernment will be. Are you committed to that goal? Remember the words of Jesus, IF YOU ABIDE IN MY WORD, you are My disciples indeed, and you shall know the truth AND THE TRUTH will make you free.

Emulate Catholicism and Build Your Own Theology- 1

In emulating Catholicism toward building your own religion one thing is vital. Make the claim that your religion is the oldest on the planet. Who’s actually going to say you’re wrong? Secondly begin apostolic succession and make it equal with scripture. In that way almost anything goes! Take for example your Mary Bow Wow Dogma?Whoops? How’d that get in there? What i meant to insert was this. If this is by apostolic succession you can get by with anything! Naturally to anyone spiritually competent, these are all wrong, but recall you’re building like Catholicism and if you didn’t understand Latin you were screwed.  Plus for a time we even banned the Bible. Yes, I know it sounds impossible but we pulled it off.

The Catholics have had sex with altar boys for centuries yet maintain that they were celibate except in the butt. Get it? When they got tired with boys they went to other priests and seminarians. Their motto came right out of the Flintstones. We’re going to have a gay old time! More stuff like this next time.

Feasting on God’s Word

Are you spiritually hungry? If so open your Bible and study. Reading is part of study but not the only part. The Holy Spirit teaches comparing spiritual things with spiritual. He takes me from the Old Testament to the new and the New Testament to the old. I love to feast on the word of God.

Your words were found and I ate them and they were the joy and rejoicing of my heart for I am called by your name. His words are often called like honey in sweetness. That’s how they are to me. I hunger after the word of God and so should you. There is growth in God’s word to make you spiritually stronger.

Now that you’re strong you can ask for the ancient paths where the good way is and then walk in it so you can find rest for your soul. But a great many people say, We will not walk in it. The natural man does not receive the things of the spirit of God for they are foolishness to them. What a Sad dilemma for them.

Sometimes when I get weary of beating my breasts Against the Wind to try and edify the body of Christ and to warn against the dangers, I sometimes get spiritually fatigued. Yet his word in my heart is like a burning fire and whatever I do to try to understand it I cannot. I may be fatigued but his word rules my heart and is like honey in sweetness. Feast in God’s word, then walk in the good way where the almighty is, and even if fatigued, allow the Holy Spirit In You To Boldly Proclaim his word. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me according to Philippians 4:13. In Christ you have peace but in the world tribulation or troubles and pressures. But be of good cheer for Christ has overcome the world. Amen amen!

God’s Purpose: Are YOU Kicking Against the Goads?- 2

Are you kicking against the goads? No, this isn’t Adam Vinatieri kicking against an NFL team such as the Georgetown Goads. The question was directed to the Apostle Paul by Jesus Christ himself. So what are goads?

Ananias was told by Jesus to show Paul how many things he must suffer for the sake of the name of Jesus Christ. Suffering was nothing new to Paul as he caused Christians to suffer when he turned them into prison when he was called Saul.

Paul was a chosen vessel and that vessel was chosen from his mother’s womb according to Galatians 1. Paul, like this author, went through many stop signs before he saw the light. How many stop signs have you run through? Are you too kicking against the goads?

So why do we kick against the goads? Going back to Jeremiah, he had the answer. Oh Lord, I know the way of man is not in himself. It is not in man who walks to direct his own steps. Are you kicking against the goads?

Stop kicking against yourself because the only one you are hurting is yourself spiritually. It took a direct intervention by Jesus Christ to help the Apostle Paul become the chosen vessel he was meant to be prior to his birth.

Trying to kick against the goads is like placing yourself against God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit which are one formidable team. I hope this has helped you understand God’s purpose for your life and a timetable to achieve that purpose.

Works Based Salvation for Jewish Believers

In my previous post I shared with you why the body of Christ has nothing to do with the seven churches of Revelation. This study does relate to that one. Some Mormons have argued about a contradictions in the Bible between James 2:17 and Ephesians 2:8. I would like to clear up that contradiction. Ephesians 2:8 States that we are saved by grace alone, not of works lest anyone should boast. James 2:17 would seem to contradict that. By the way, Mormons also have a works based salvation.a@A

Faith isn’t enough? That sounds like a Works salvation formula and it is! I want to draw your attention to James 1:1. Let’s clarify who the audience is here. James 1:1 States clearly that this epistle was written to the 12 tribes of Israel. Nowhere does it refer to the body of Christ. You have to understand who the audience is that scripture refers too. All of the Old Testament, with the exception of Jonah and Nahum, was written to Israel. The four Gospels was written to Israel still under the law of Moses until the cross. The part of Acts that connected itself to Peter was still under the law. In Acts 15 there is a dispute between Paul and Peter about this very issue. Remember that in Galatians 2:7-9, James, Peter, and John were sent to the circumcised or the Jewish people. Paul and Barnabas were sent to the Gentiles or the uncircumcised. Thus the book of James is written to the 12 tribes of Israel. I hope this clarifies the issue. Perhaps one day I will do a series on the Book of Revelation to clarify this even more. Peter, James, and John wrote to Israel. The doctrine to the body of Christ is found only from Romans to Philemon or the Pauline Epistles. By the way, Jonah and Nahum were addressed to Nineveh. When you read scripture it is vital to understand who the audience is.

The Holy Spirit is our Intercessor with God

Mary, the mother of Jesus, has no intercessory function whatsoever. That is a Roman Catholic lie from the pit of Hell. Even if you don’t know what to pray for the Holy Spirit does and makes intercession for us in groanings which cannot be uttered. Read your Bible Catholics. Stop listening to your priests. An astonishing and horrible thing has been committed in the land. The prophets prophesy falsely, the priests rule by their own power, and my people love to have it so. That is from Jeremiah 5:30-31. Check out the last two sentences Roman Catholics.

The Roman Catholics follow lies from the doctrines and Commandments of men which Jesus says your worship of Him is then vain. Read the Bible and avoid the priests.

What is God’s Purpose for YOUR Life?- 1

Do you know that you are called according to His purpose? For he has a purpose for each and everyone of us. It took me awhile to know what my purpose was but I finally figured it out after going through many stop signs that God had set before me. Think about this.

Before Jeremiah was even born, God knew him and set before him his life’s work or the purpose of God for his life. He did that for His son as well. Jesus knew along the way that he was going to the cross even though his disciples did not understand that. If Jeremiah was called before he was born according to the purpose of God is it so far-fetched to comprehend God’s calling for each and everyone of us? We are called according to God’s purpose for our life. Some like Jonah fight that purpose as I also once did. We also come with excuses.

Jeremiah trying to use his youth as an excuse but that didn’t get him very far. If you’re called according to the purpose of God, God will equip you with what you need to accomplish that purpose. In Jeremiah’s case he had a tough assignment. And here it is.

Jeremiah’s Ministry was to be 2/3 negative and 1/3 positive. But without rooting out and pulling down and to destroy and throw down he would not be able to build and to plant. Remember the Bible tells us that we must rid ourselves of our old man before the new man can be put on. I will go into greater detail in part 2 as I shift the conversation from Jeremiah to the Apostle Paul.

Dream Cards??

let me instroduce you to Barbie Breathitt and her dream School plus dream cards which can be quite expensive. Surprise surprise! Breathitt is another false prophet selling her Wares to a gullible public. Her dream cards are a farce. A fool and his money are soon parted. On your own I would advise you to read Jeremiah 23:9-40 and observe how many times the word dreams is used. Do not fall for her deceptive words. this is beautiful Barbie almost like the doll and about as real. Here are her dream cards. dreams are highly subjective and I don’t think that Barbie Breathitt can help you at all. Barbie Breathitt is not a prophet. But she is out for a profit and I trust you can discern the difference between the two.
